Health & Safety Protocols
With health and safety remaining a priority for our attendees, we ask that the following be observed:
- Being up to date with current vaccines/boosters is preferred for all registered attendees.
- Masks are worn at the discretion of the attendees.
- Do not travel if you have COVID until you meet the CDC criteria for return to work for Healthcare Workers.
- If you have respiratory symptoms, please test for COVID before traveling and use source control masks when around others indoors.
- If you have had a recent high-risk exposure in the 10 days before a meeting or event, you should wear a mask for 10 days follow the exposure and not participate in indoor activities where you may need to take off your masks (e.g. dinning, drinking coffee, etc.). High risk exposure at work does not count if appropriate PPE was used during resident care.
- Follow all state, local, and private business health and safety measures that may be in place.
- If you experience symptoms or are exposed while onsite, please self-quarantine in your hotel room and contact AHCA/NCAL staff (meetings@ahca.org) for a test kit.
