The Silver Quality Award criteria is a significant step in the Quality Award journey, requiring organizations to have not only strong systems and positive outcomes, but also a solid grasp of the criteria and scoring system. To effectively use the criteria, organizations must first understand them. This session will provide an overview of the Silver criteria and demonstrate how an organization can response effectively to the criteria as they prepare their applications.

Learning Objectives:

  • Apply the Silver Quality Award criteria to your organization as a tool for improvement.
  • Develop techniques to write responses that meet the demands of the Silver criteria.
  • Compare the Silver criteria and scoring system to identify potential gaps between criteria demands and current organizational systems/processes.
