The definition of insanity, as we know it, is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. Today’s workforce is more complex and diverse than ever before, which creates a far more challenging (but exciting!) environment. As leaders, we must be willing to adapt in order to continue to best serve our clients. That means that we cannot do things the way they’ve always been done – it simply won’t work. This, however, is great news: Change, while not easy, is relatively simple. All we have to do is change our perspectives, and then try something a little bit different to see what sticks.
