Jen currently serves as the Director of Nutrition & Brand Innovation for Incite Strategic Partners. She has also held the position of National Media Spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics, the world’s largest professional organization of Registered Dietitian Nutritionists, for the past 7 years

Prior to joining Incite, Jen spent her dietetics career in clinical nutrition for older adults as well as food service, in both the corporate wellness and senior living sectors. Her work has helped to shape the dining experience of clients around the country. Jen has previously held the positions of Nutrition Strategy Manager with Guckenheimer, Professor of Nutrition at Columbia College Chicago, Director of Food & Nutrition Services for HCR ManorCare, and Director of Wellness for a large national B&I client during her years with Sodexo.

Jen’s media work has included interviews as a nutrition expert for National Geographic, HuffPost, VERIFY, PBS, NBC, Verywell Health, Parade, and many others, including a 4-year daily radio spot with Audacy.

Jen holds a bachelor of science degree and a master’s degree in Human Nutrition from Colorado State University, in addition to her credential as an Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.
