Mr. Campbell has nearly 20 years of experience as a surveyor of Long-Term Care, Assisted Living and Intermediate Care facilities. He is currently an active surveyor performing surveys of record using the LTCSP and training new surveyors for CertiSurv. Mr. Campbell was also certified as one of ten QIS Master Trainers by CMS and assisted training surveyors in 15 states and multiple CMS regional offices. Mr. Campbell is licensed as a Registered Nurse and obtained his BSN from the University of North Carolina.
