Chris Blomquist, RN,BSN, QCC: Regional Director of Skilled Nursing Services. Consultant for Advanced Health Institute received his Applied Associates Degree from North Hennepin Community College and his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Walden University. Chris has a passion for long term care where he has spent his entire nursing career. He worked his way up from staff nurse, to Director of Nursing which has given him a broad range of experience in this setting.  According to Chris, being a nurse is about seeing the big picture; integrating patient centered care with evidence-based practice is vital in a field that is constantly changing. For Chris, joining the AHI team was about being able to collaborate with leaders in the industry to improve the quality of life for those under our care.
