Ms. Sheridan, RN, is an Executive Vice President with Lifespark. She is an experienced nurse specializing in geriatric nursing for over 35 years. She serves both skilled facilities and assisted Living communities in two states. Ms. Sheridan is a Risk Management Advisor, Clinical/Quality Improvement Advisor, HR Advisor and a Culture, Thought Leadership Executive Advisor. She assists with regulatory compliance as well as other senior leadership duties. Ms. Sheridan is actively involved in Care Providers of Minnesota serving on the Board of Directors, Nursing Facility Regulatory Committee, Assisted Living Committee, Chair of the Quality Committee, and is a past Chair of the Board of Directors. In addition, she is actively involved in the American Healthcare Care Association (AHCA) and the National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL). Ms. Sheridan currently serves on the NCAL Quality Committee, Survey/Regulatory Committee, Workforce Committee, is the NCAL Quality Co-Chair on the Quality Cabinet and is a past NCAL board member. She has presented nationally for AHCA/NCAL, Care Providers of MN, Wisconsin Health Care Association, South Dakota Healthcare Association, Texas Health Care Association, and the Wisconsin Health Care Association.
