A passionate Gerontologic RN with more than 30 years of experience in skilled nursing, Deborah began her career in acute care, working in a neuro intensive care setting in one of Pennsylvania’s finest hospitals. Over the last 20 years she has worked in varied roles on Skilled Nursing Facility teams, most recently leading Care Management teams across the U.S. with a focus on Medicaid and Medicare processes and reimbursement. Currently, as a Vice President of CareOne, Deborah oversees the clinical documentation and reimbursement processes for the organization’s 37 SNFs spanning multiple states.
A believer in patient-centered care for better outcomes along with accurate assessments, Deborah holds RAC-CT, RAC-CTA, QCP and DNS-CT certifications from AAPACN and served as a board member of PANAC.
