Margie Latrella brings over thirty years of experience working as an acute care RN and cardiac NP, in both hospital and physician practices. Previously, she applied her clinical experience to an administrative role at St. Joseph’s Health, focusing on clinical programming, quality improvement interventions, and reporting for value-based programs. Margie demonstrated success in total cost of care savings in two-sided risk agreements, including MSSP ACO and CMS BPCI-A programs, by developing collaborative workflows and comprehensive care coordination necessary for success.
As Vice President of Clinical and Network Quality for Real Time Medical Systems, Margie develops relationships and monitors key quality and process indicators for health systems, ACOs, and payers. In addition, she is responsible for thought leadership in the acute and post-acute network continuum related to Real Time’s value and clinical management of patients across networks.
