From pulling weeds as a child at his father’s nursing facility to heading up one of the leading research
companies in the sector, Chris Magleby has spent most of his life in the senior living and skilled nursing
industries.

He is currently the Chief Strategy Officer of HCP, whose brands include Pinnacle QI, Activated Insights, and Home Care Pulse.

Chris graduated from the University of Utah in 2004. He lives in Salt Lake City with his wife and
three children. When not working he can be found at a golf course, sporting event, or concert venue.
