Heath is Chief Operations Officer and a member of the executive leadership team at Vetter Senior Living. His experience in senior care includes more than 11 years as President and CEO of the Nebraska Health Care Association. He also led the state’s nursing facility, assisted living, hospice, home health, and licensed practical nurse associations, as well as the Nebraska Health Care Foundation and an accredited post-secondary college dedicated to long-term care.

Prior to NHCA, Heath was executive director and administrator in several Nebraska long-term care facilities. He also served on the National Center for Assisted Living Board of Directors, Affiliated State Health Care Association Executives Board of Directors, University of Nebraska-Department of Gerontology Advisory Board, and Great Plains Quality Improvement Network Board of Directors.
