Emilee A. Kulin, MS, RD, LNHA, is the CEO for Mountain Valley of Cascadia since 2019- providing innovative, quality care while catering to resident’s daily happiness and quality of life. Emilee is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Registered Dietitian, holds a Master of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences from the University of Idaho, past-certified Activity Director, and has served as an American Health Care Association Senior Examiner for Quality Awards.
Through Emilee’s leadership skills, she secured a Qualis Health Award of Excellence in Healthcare Quality in 2017, three State of Idaho Technology Grants, and was a key Senior Leader and integrated part of Mountain Valley’s quality journey contributing to the national successes of the 2016 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
As an enthusiastic entrepreneur and community advocate, Emilee is co-owner of family-owned businesses, alongside her sister in Silver Valley Simple Nutrition, and her parents, two daughters and supporting husband at the French Gulch Farm and Garden in North Idaho. She is actively involved in the Silver Valley Kiwanis Club for over 10 years, is a Historic Silver Valley Chamber member and has served as the Executive Director of the Shoshone Medical Center Foundation. She is passionate about serving her residents, workforce, and community – supporting a ForceForGood – all while continuing the quality journey at Mountain Valley.
