Amber Bardon is the Founder & CEO of Parasol Alliance, the strategic planning and full-service managed IT partner exclusively serving the senior living field, a company she founded in 2015. Ms. Bardon holds a master’s degree in Project Management and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), & she is an experienced information technology executive, with almost two decades of experience in the healthcare industry with specific expertise in senior living and long-term care.

Ms. Bardon is an expert at implementing efficiencies specific to senior living technology solutions by utilization of a technology assessment and 3-year strategic roadmap, and she's credited with growing a virtual multi-state workforce by 400% since the company’s inception, including 23 “Best and Brightest” Company awards, and being ranked in the “Top 501 Managed IT Service Provider” in the World the last 5 years by Channel Futures MSP 501 (including the #4 ranking in 2022!).

She is also the host of the “Raising Tech” podcast for senior living, & she's spoken at many senior living and Managed IT Services events, such as LeadingAge conferences, Ziegler CFO Workshop, Mennonite Health Assembly, Best & Brightest, VOYCE, and MSP 501 Channel Futures.
