David Kyllo is Vice President of Insurance and Member Programs for AHCA/NCAL. His 40-year career in government, regulatory, public affairs and association management in Washington DC includes working for two White House Administrations, the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate. He has been with AHCA/NCAL for nearly 30 years.

He is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa and has worked and volunteered in several long term care facilities.
