My name is Breanna Jameson, and I am the Chief Executive Officer for Lewiston Transitional Care of Cascadia. I have been with this building since 2012. I began as a therapist before moving into the role as Director of Therapy and eventually taking on the position of CEO, which I have held since 2017.

I began my educational journey in Eagle, Idaho obtaining my High School Diploma. I then traveled to Moscow, Idaho where I attended University of Idaho receiving my Bachelor of Science in Physical Education for Athletic Training, and ending with Western Governors University where I received my Master of Business Administration for Healthcare Management.

I have a passion for this industry and ensuring that quality care and compassion is given to every individual that enters our building. With that, I have the goal of ensuring that every family feels free to advocate for their loved ones and is able to present goals they would also like to see them achieve. Along with providing outstanding care to the population we serve and their families, it is an additional goal of mine to cultivate a workforce culture that provides security and safety for all its members. Providing and environment of engagement and self-growth while working together for a common goal.

Becoming a leader in the healthcare industry is not something I always envisioned for myself, however I have never been more grateful that this opportunity was given to me. Being able to work hand in hand with brilliant minds and to share best practices amongst each other to build the future of healthcare for our patients is a feeling that some would describe as surreal.

I hope to continue my career in this industry for many years to come and to be able to continue to cultivate the change needed to give our population and the workforce behind it the best outcomes we can offer. Being able to stand for change and not be afraid to go against the grain for that change is something I am proud of within myself and my team.
