Lisa Zeis, MSCCC-SLP, Senior Director of Quality & Experience, is a licensed speech-language pathologist with over 28 years of experience in rehabilitation, operations and quality improvement, specializing in geriatric care settings. Her background includes development of rehab programs as well as education, implementation, and integration of organization-wide quality improvement programs. In addition to providing consultation to the contracted rehabilitation programs, Ms. Zeis is also involved in the development of initiatives such as culture engagement, wellness and other projects designed to improve customer satisfaction and enhance operations.

Ms. Zeis has been with Lifespark Senior Living (formerly Tealwood Senior Living) since 2007 where her responsibilities include supporting both skilled and assisted living communities, resident and community engagement, development of company guidelines, compliance, and training programs. She holds a Bachelor and Master of Science in Speech Pathology from Marquette University and the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.
