Michelle Day, National Director, Equus Workforce Solutions, has more than 24 years of leadership experience in workforce development. Michelle is dedicated to helping employers and stakeholders leverage resources within the workforce system to strengthen local communities. As an intermediary under contract with the U.S. Department of Labor, Michelle leads the team in providing information and technical assistance to help employers and stakeholders develop and expand Registered Apprenticeship Programs. Equus also serves as a national program sponsor for Registered Apprenticeship Programs under Michelle’s leadership.
