Amy Kaszak is a value-based payment veteran with over 25 years' experience in developing innovative payment and care models for high-risk patient populations. In 2013, Amy co-founded AllyAlign Health, the first national company focused on enabling senior living providers to transform the quality of care for residents through Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plans (SNPs). In 2022, AllyAlign Health became part of Curana Health, a leading provider of value-based primary/post acute care and alternative payment models for senior housing residents. Today, Amy serves as the Executive VP of Strategic Initiaties for Curana Health.
