Keith D. Persinger is the Chief Financial and Chief Operating Officer of Provider Partners Holding Co., LLC. Provider Partners is a leading provider of value-based care programs focused on seniors in long term care. Keith provides executive leadership in all company-wide financial, operational, strategic and growth functions for Provider Partner’s two lines of business:

• Provider Partners Health Plan’s (PPHP) - PPHP owns and operates Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plans (ISNP & IE-SNP) in six states.
• Provider Partners Connect Care, LLC (PPCC) – PPCC owns and operates a ACO REACH “high needs” contract in the long-term care setting, including SNF and ALF.

Prior to joining PPHP, he spent over 26 years with the University of Maryland Medical System most recently as the SVP and Chief Performance Improvement Officer of the System. Prior to that he was the EVP, Chief Operating & Chief Financial Officer at the University of Maryland Medical Center, the System’s academic medical center. His responsibilities have included system wide performance improvement, strategy, operations, finance, debt financing and investment activity. Prior to UMMS, Keith was a consultant in the firm of KPMG LLP, in KPMG’s Healthcare Financial Strategies Consulting Group. Keith earned his MBA in Finance and Bachelor’s in Finance from Loyola University of Maryland. Keith is a current Board member of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Maryland and was a former Treasurer and Chair of the Board.
