Patrick Shearer is a Director within the FHA Healthcare Capital group at Greystone. He has been in the FHA lending space for almost 15 years and has held multiple roles in that time Patrick started his career in FHA lending as a MAP (multifamily) and Lean (healthcare) approved underwriter, then transitioned to the loan production side of the business about 7 years ago. He regularly leverages his credit/underwriting experience to the benefit of his clients, particularly within the nuances of FHA transactions. Prior to Greystone, Patrick was at KeyBank Real Estate Capital where he was both an underwriter and an originator over the course of 8 years.

Patrick is currently a member of ASHA’s Rising Leaders program.
