Tracy Mroz, PhD, OTR/L is an Associate Professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, School of Medicine at the University of Washington. Informed by her clinical experience as an occupational therapist, her research agenda focuses on the impact of policy, devliery systems, and workforce on access to and quality of post-acute care. She has a special interest in post-acute care service delivery in rural communities. Dr. Mroz is an investigator with the WWAMI Rural Health Research Center and the UW Center for Health Workforce Studies. Her research has been funded by NIH, HRSA, AHRQ, and NIDILRR.
