Will continuing education credits be available?

Yes, up to 14.25 continuing education credits (CEs) are available to in-person registrants who attend Delivering Solutions 23 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver. Nursing education CEs will also be available. For more information, please visit the Education General Information page

How will in-person session seating and scanning work?

AHCA/NCAL does not pre-register for individual sessions. We try very hard to ensure there are seats for anyone interested in attending a session. There may be times when a session will run out of available seats. If a session becomes full, attendees will be directed to one of the overflow session rooms. It is also helpful to choose an alternate session to attend, just in case. For session scanning, AHCA/NCAL uses RFID to track session attendance. There will not be scanners at the door. Please have your badge visible (not tucked into your bags or pockets). Your badge will be read EACH time you enter or EXIT a session. In compliance with our accreditation partners, attendees will earn associated CEUs for sessions they attended for 80% or more of the allotted session time. IMPORTANT: Every time you enter/exit a session room, your badge is scanned. Leaving sessions multiple times or for long periods of time deducts from your time in the session. CEs will not be awarded based on the time in and time out scans. If your cumulative time in session is less than 80%, no CEs will be awarded.

How will CE credits and contact hour reporting work?

AHCA/NCAL will need at least 30 business days to compile and process all scan data. Once the data is compiled, all attendees will be e-mailed a CE certificate to the e-mail address used at registration. Certificate questions should be directed to Becca Colbert. Session attendance for administrators will be reported to NAB using their NAB Registry ID. Failure to provide your NAB Registry ID when you register may cause a delay in your receiving credits. Nursing contact hours will be reported to the ANCC. All other professions will need to self-report attendance with their convention certificate.

Will food be provided?

AHCA/NCAL provides lunch to all attendees on Monday and Tuesday inside the Expo Hall. New this year, and included with your registration, the Mile High Jamboree will have heavy hors d'oeuvres and an open beer and wine bar. Coffee, breakfast, snacks, and dinners are on your own.

Will coffee be available for attendees?

AHCA/NCAL does not provide coffee breaks. Coffee is available to purchase at kiosks in the Colorado Convention Center, hotel coffee shops, and local restaurants.

What’s the weather going to be like?

October weather in Denver has an average high in the mid-60s and a low in the mid-30s. Session rooms can range from chilly to warm, and adjusting room temperatures takes time. Pack for layers and comfort.
