Shelley Horst has over 18 years of experience in healthcare sales and marketing. Before moving to the Business Development side of senior care, her career was spent as a Licensed Social Worker, working in Case Management for a Medicare Advantage Plan. She has firsthand experience and knowledge of the importance of collaboration within facilities to develop a team ready to meet the needs of their post-acute partners and deliver quality patient-centered care to our growing senior population. Shelley is currently the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Reliant Rehabilitation, where she can bring her experience to collaborate with customers in developing strategic marketing planning and post-acute alignment within their markets.
