Luis Montes is the Founder and CEO of Innova Health, a post acute EMR and Intelligent Clinical Ops system for post acute rehab and senior care. Prior to starting Innova Health, Luis also founded PatientDox, a HIPPA compliant document exchange and e-signature solution for healthcare providers delivering care in home health care. Luis served as Senior Vice President of Product and Strategic Partnerships at Casamba, one of the largest EMR systems in post acute rehab care.

Luis has also held various executive level roles for rehab therapy companies delivering care in skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, senior living communities and free standing clinics. Luis has a Masters and Doctoral degrees in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University and an MBA with a concentration in entrepreneurship from Nova Southeastern University.
