CMS publishes F-tag citation rates nationally, regionally and by the State. By knowing the trending focus of CMS and State agencies, facilities can be more prepared by more closely reviewing systems in those areas. The speaker is an active surveyor with over 20 years of survey experience. The session will review regional and national deficiency rates and detail types of deficient practice seen. Strategies to stay in compliance will be discussed. There will also be an open question and answer session to discuss general survey issues.
